We love Liat! We will be forever grateful for her successful efforts in selling our home. We tried once before with another agent and it was not successful. We were very hesitant to try again after such a terrible experience and disappointment with the first attempt in selling our home, but Liat sold our neighbors home for well over their asking price. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about her, so we decided to go for it. Liat is a true professional and got the job done. She made smart recommendations, like getting every type of inspection possible and bids for repairs. This provided potential buyers with a complete disclosure package and no possible surprises to come up during their inspections. I appreciated her honesty, steady and calm demeanor, and her attention to detail. She coordinated all our contractors/vendors making the stress of moving out/getting ready for sale easier. Because of Liat, we were able to sell our home for enough to purchase another home we had been looking at. Adding a long overdue update to our review! Liat recently helped us to purchase our newest home and sell our first home that we had purchased with her in 2018. When we unexpectedly decided to put an offer on a home that we saw on a whim for fun, Liat jumped right on getting us all of the information we needed to compile and turn around an offer three days later. As always, Liat made the home buying process so smooth and supportive, with lots of calls and extra visits to the property to make sure we were really anchored in our decision and offer. When our offer was accepted, we immediately turned around to begin the selling process for our current home, which was a new and daunting experience for us. Liat organized a fantastic crew of tradespeople to prep our house for sale in the least amount of time possible so that we could get on the market within a month. The prep that she encouraged us to do in order to drive interest and offers was spot on, and we ended up with multiple offers on our home for more than we were expecting given the market at the time.
